This is a benefit for Partnerships for Children, a non-profit agency 501c3 that provides critical resources to abused and neglected children and help guide families through the adoption process.  Byrd & Street put this on every year, and they will be playing, along with Bob Livingston, Susan Gibson, Karen Abrahams, and us, of course.  We played it 2 years ago and it was great fun, plus a good thing to be part of.
